Can I order for a specific date?

Orders can be made in advance so your delivery can likely happen on a specific date, just make a note in the 'special message box' on the checkout page. As Australia Post delivery dates are only an estimate, we will dispatch your order so that it may arrive slightly before the specified date, to avoid disappointment of a late delivery. 

Can I have more than one gift box delivered to the same delivery address?

Yes, please just let us know whether the gift is for one or more people by specifying in the 'special message box' on the checkout page. Please advise the name of each recipient and the message you would like written for them.

Do you deliver gift boxes on a weekend?

We only deliver Monday to Friday and we do not deliver on Public Holidays.

What if the recipient is not at home upon delivery?

Australia Post couriers will leave the parcel in a safe place on the premisis. If a safe place is not available, a calling card will be left for the recipient to collect the parcel from the local Australia Post Office. 

Am I able to select a time for delivery?

Unfortunately you are not able to select a specific time for delivery.

Refund Policy

We do not refund if you change your mind after goods have been despatched. If goods are damaged in transit, let us know ASAP and we will happily organise a replacement.

If an item is damaged in transit what should I do?

Contact us ASAP and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you. Please also refer to the Terms & Conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

If for some reason you must cancel your order, plealse let us know ASAP, orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, a refund cannot be made.

What methods of payment do you accept?

At The Token Gift Company we have 2 methods of payment:

  1. PayPal
    This service allows you to pay instantly with all major credit or debit cards, or through your PayPal account. This is a safe and easy system to pay online, for more information about PayPal and their security visit www.paypal.com.au
  2. Bank Transfer
    If you'd like to make an online bank transfer, please select this option during checkout procedure. Our bank account details will be presented to you on confirming the order. Please note it could take 24 hours for your payment to show up in our bank account.

What are the sizes of the baby clothes?

All of our baby clothes are in size 000, which will fit newborn to 3 months of age, unless otherwise specified in the product discription. 

Liquor Act

Under the Liquor Control Act, gift boxes which include alcohol may only be purchased by people 18 years of age and over, and must be collected by the recipient. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery.
