How long does it take to deliver gift boxes?

Sending gift boxes to a business address

Please let us know if the gift box should be delivered to reception or delivery dock. If it is being delivered to a large corporation please advise us of the floor and department.

Please be sure that reception will accept the gift on behalf of the recipient before placing your order.

Can I have more than one gift box delivered to the same delivery address?

Yes, please just let us know whether the gift is for one or more people by specifying in the message box the name of each recipient and the message you would like written for them.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

If you supply an incorrect addess and we deliver the gift box, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place if no-one is home to collect the parcel. If no safe place is available, a calling card will be left for the recipient to collect the parcel from the local Australia Post Office.

Christmas is always a busy period so please, be aware extra time should be allowed to accommodate any potential delivery delays during this peak period. Order early to avoid delays. Cut-off periods do apply for Christmas hampers as advised by our courier companies. The Token Gift Company does their very best to ensure prompt delivery of your hamper, however, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control that may result in delays.

Overseas Delivery
